Number 5 is Alive!

(Anyone get my 80s movie reference?)

Meet Baby Bagley #5.  She’s measuring pretty big for my calendar due date, so the doc split the difference and said he’s due January 15.  And we think we are not finding out what this baby is, hence the she and he references.  Although I kind of think it’s a girl and Jason and (of course) Dallie are hoping for a girl.  Dallie already thinks the baby’s cute and Kache thinks he looks like an alien.  I’m feeling fine.  Except I’m already huge, but still at that awkward stage where I can see others’ wondering if I’m pregnant or just putting on the weight.  So I suppose I’ll put the questioning minds at ease and announce we’re having a baby!  Oh, and if you want to suggest any names that would go with our other kids’ names we’d love the suggestions.  I’m partial to Spur, but Jason says I’ve watched Man from Snowy River too many times.

Rainy Ranch 4th of July

This year’s Ranch 4th of July celebration was fun, but wet.  Dallie participated in the dollar race again.

Jason only participated in, and won, the bucket race.

The rain paused long enough for some fireworks after all the events.  It was great fun.

Oregon Bound

We stopped in Richfield on our way to Adrian.  Justin let the boys ride his motorcycle and that’s all they’ve been able to talk about since.

We worked and played hard at Grandma Nielson’s.

Grandma and Grandpa decided to build a bunk room over the car port, so we worked on that while we were there.

We went to Bret and Jen’s for a bbq and softball game.

Telford’s and Freeman’s came so we had lots of friend-cousins to play with.

I think I can.  I think I can.

Guess it couldn’t.

The bunk room the day we left.  We got lots of work done, but there is still lots to do.

Succor Creek and Leslie Gulch

Grandpa took us out to Succor Creek and then to Leslie Gulch.  Jason loved all the hiking and climbing.  I was glad we didn’t run into any rattle snakes.

Thankfully no one came tumbling down the hill; the most damage done were some skinned knees and slivered hands.

The rock formations at Leslie Gulch were pretty awesome, but I only got one picture.
