Sunrise

Most mornings when we walk the boys to the bus stop, we have this pretty view.  I just wish I could get up higher.  There are no vantage points here.  Just flat country. 

Kache’s Birthday

Kache finally graduated to a desperately needed bigger bike.  Bikes down here get used daily, so his small, wobbly-back-wheeled bike needed replaced.  He also got some more science projects, which I don’t always love because of the mess that usually gets left in the kitchen, but the jumpin’ jelly beans he made were pretty cool.  He also got a space shuttle puzzle from Aunt Leslie.  Since his birthday was on Saturday, he got to go fishing, but unfortunately didn’t catch anything.  I was just glad they didn’t run into any gators or hogs.

New Couch

In these pictures the wall color looks pale blue, but unfortunately it is the wrong color of green.  I need to decide if I dislike it enough to paint.  I really don’t like painting, especially this room because the ceiling is so high and there’s a lot of wall space.  But the color is just not my favorite.  But here are some pics of our new couch.  I’m liking it so far.
