We've had a busy few days and it continues into this coming week.
Friday Ryder, Dallie and I went to Scottsbluff for a checkup for Dallie. I didn't realize school got out at noon so I was an hour and a half away when Mrs. Wilson got a hold of me. She was headed my way to visit her family so she brought Kache with her and we met up. It's nice to be part of a school that I don't have to worry about my kids so much.
Saturday we made a quick day trip to Rapid. Jason had a bishopric training meeting and the kids and I did some yard sale-ing (yes, I drove 4 hours to go to yard sales). I had planned on doing real shopping, but we saw lots of yard sale signs and ended up spending the whole morning yard sale-ing.
We watched a great sunrise on our way to Rapid, but this was the only picture I got of it since Jason was sleeping while I was driving.
Monday we have dentists appointments. Ryder has his first cavity. Hopefully that won't be too traumatic.
Wednesday Jason is pre-conditioning his calves so I'll be cooking for the crew.
Thursday I'm teaching how to make freezer jam at Relief Society meeting (or whatever it's called nowadays). Surprisingly no one in our branch has made freezer jam (or knew you could make freezer jam) so I'm it. I feel a little silly since all you do is follow the directions.
Friday and Saturday we are going camping at Fort Rob with some friends. I'm afraid of how busy Fort Rob will be since it is Labor Day weekend, but Jason is excited to go. This will be Dallie's first camping trip. The boys are excited to camp and fish and hang out with friends.
Hopefully we won't be too run down by the end of the week. We've all been so tired since school has started. We need to get adjusted to our school schedule soon.
