It still feels like home to us. I wonder when that feeling will go away.
We didn't live there for too long, but it still holds a special place in our hearts. We always said growing up there is no place like the mountains, and the locals there always said there is no place like the sandhills. It is beautiful. But I think any place you get to raise a young family will hold some pretty fond memories.
