Outside Activities

We've been spending as much time outside as we can. (Except today it's raining so we're inside.) We saw a curlew (a bird, not sure if that's how you spell it) yesterday. The oldtimers say there are three more snows after you spot the first curlew. We'll have one of those snows tonight - we're supposed to get a couple of inches. Another sure sign of a snow storm is calves being born the day before. And we had our first calf this morning. Who needs the weather channel?!
